Booking and Cancellation Policies
I understand upon booking that 50% or $100 whichever greater is required to secure my date, time, and package and is non refundable, Credit card, Money Order, Cash or Travelers' Check accepted _____
I also understand if I upgraded flowers, added items and or added a reception in the chapel that a higher non refundable deposit will be required ____
I understand all monies or balances are due on the wedding date ____
Credit Card, Money Order, Cash Travelers Checks, and PayPal(additional fees may be required through PayPal) are accepted as form of payment ____
I understand if I cancel my wedding 7 days prior to date that I may use my deposit towards another date with in a year ___
Package must remain the same unless upgrade is made ____
I understand that if I cancel my wedding from 48 hrs to 24 hrs that all monies are NON refundable and will not go towards another date _____
Arrival Time and Late Penalties
I understand that the chapel books weddings every hour, if I am more than 10 minutes late there is a possibility that I will be rescheduled to next available time and there is a $100 rescheduling fee ___
I understand that if my guests are late but bridal party is ready that the wedding must start on time ___
I understand my guests must show up 10 minutes prior to wedding time and bridal party 15 minutes prior to wedding time and must be dressed and ready ____
I understand that if I add dressing room that the bride is the only one to change and hair / make up must be done and arrive 20 minutes prior to wedding time ____
Ministers , Limousine services, Impersonators, & Photographer Services
I understand that the minister is included in the package price but does also work on a gratuity basis____
I understand that the Elvis impersonator is included in the package price but does also work on a gratuity basis____
I understand that all other impersonators are an additional cost but do also work on a gratuity basis____
I understand if the chapel orders additional limousine service per my request, I will be on time at the correct location for my pick up ___
I understand if the chapel orders additional limousine service per my request, the chapel will be responsible for booking the limousine time for pick up and pay for the appropriate time of limousine service(whatever amount of time of limousine service is included in your package) any additional time used by me or my guest I am responsible for payment___
I understand that if the limo is charted out from another company that the other company is responsible for any mis-haps ___
I understand if I chose a chapel package that includes limousine service it is for one hour only, the chapel only pays what is included in my package, any additional hours and gratuity I understand that the complimentary limousine service is included in any package (additional limousines or upgrades are subject to charge) and there is a minimum $40 chauffeur service fee paid directly to limousine driver at time of service. ___
I understand if I booked a Valley of Fire package there is a $75 chauffeur service fee paid at the time of service. ___
I understand if I booked any Limo Wedding package there is a $60 chauffeur service fee paid at the time of service.____
I understand that my guests must respect my photographer and my wedding day; cameras may only be used during the wedding ceremony. The Chapel hired special photographer just for my wedding ___
I understand if I choose a chapel package, my package includes ceremony only photos, any posed pre or post ceremony photos can be purchased for an additional price___
I understand that the photographers services is included but they also work on a gratuity basis ___
I understand by signing below I give authorization to the “The Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas” to run my credit card for my deposit. ___
